At I Found Design our return policy is simple. If you aren't happy, we aren't happy. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned undamaged within 14 days for a complete refund, to the same credit card it was purchased on.
Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold (unused and new) with original packaging and tags intact. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for goods that are not in perfect condition.
Making a return or exchange
All returns must be approved by I Found Design.
In the event of a return, please email us within the specified timeframes at email@example.com with the word RETURN or EXCHANGE in the subject.
If you require an exchange, please state the colour and/or size that you require. Please make sure that your return is well packed (we strongly advise that you use the packaging the products arrived in) and insured for its full value and ask your post office for proof of postage as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
All damage or defect claims must be made within 2 days of package arrival. Please ensure that you inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as we will not be able to honour damage claims not advised to us within the specified timeframe.

Q: What are the delivery times and costs?
A: All goods are shipped within 1 to 3 working days depending on stock. If your order is not in stock and cannot be sent within the 3 working days, we will contact you.
Standard shipping through BRING NORGE costs NOK49 regardless of the size. If your order is over NOK1000 shipping will be free of charge.
You will receive notice when your goods are ready for pick-up at your local post office.
Q: What payment methods do you offer?
A: We currently accept credit card payments including VISA, Mastercard & American Express. VIPPS is also accepted (VIPP 95112317). All prices shown on the website include VAT.
Q: Can I track my parcel?
A: All our parcels are delivered by Bring Norge. You can follow your parcel from our warehouse to the commissionaire by using the tracking number on your invoice. A text message will be sent to you when the parcel is ready for pick-up. If your parcel fails to arrive within the time frame of the service you have paid for, feel free to get in touch with Bring Norge or I Found Design.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Once you have placed your order with us, you must contact us immediately on 95112317 if you wish to change details about your order. Because we process orders almost as soon as they are received, it may not be possible to change your order a few days after you placed it.
Q: Do you offer worldwide delivery?
